BCM keeps saying that the database is corrupt. Help!!!!!!!!

Need help restoring BCM without losing my data. On startup, Outlook says
that BCM Database is corrupt.

Hi

Can you try removing the existing data base by clicking on file > data file
managment > removing the entry for BCM (do note this does not remove the
database) Once this is done try creating a new data base by clicking on the
add button > and create a new database and see same error message pop ups
