BCM has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Event Type: bcm
P1: mapi
P2: type initialization exception
I have tried to remove BCM from the remove programs list and I am unable to
do so.
I have tried to remove using the BCM disk and I am unable to.
I eve tried to disable BCM in the regedit window by changing type from a 2
to a 3.

I want to remove BCM from the system!

I don't know if this will solve your problems but I ran into a similar
problem where .NET got hosed and then BCM would fail on Outlook
startup. You could try removing and reinstalling .NET.
