BCM install fails at SQL install

I tried all the tricks here by cleaning the folders (delete and empty)
uninstalling all MS SQL products, rebooting, and even cleaning the registry.
But I still get errror on installing sql. Here is the log info:

I am having hte same problem - Sean (or anyone) are you able to resolve?
