BCM Form

I have recently setup Outlook with BCM and have tested it using terminal server/thin client.

Everything works fine but the time for the BCM forms to display takes a lot longer than the normal forms in outlook. eg Contacts vs BCM Contacts

I have noticed that the forms for BCM have a background colour but I am unable to modify the forms as this not allowed in BCM.

Any ideas
