I am running Outlook 2003 with BCM and have two problems
1) I can drag and drop some of my older Outlook contacts directly into BCM but others hang BCM and require me to remove the form from Outlook (I get a form not available message when I try to open a BCM contact)
2) I am trying to use Follow Up Flags associated with the Business Contacts and then create a view to sort the Flags by "Due By" field. I can not get it to work. Also, I do not get reminders when a Flag is due/past due

BCM doesn't support follow-up flags, even though it acts like it might.
