Hi Bob
Glad to hear that my suggestion worked
In regards to Outlook showing multiple address books when you click the "TO"
Button, there is a setting on a Contact Folders Property Pages that enables
this.
If you Right-Click on a Contacts Folder and Select Properties, on the
Outlook Address Book Tab there is the option to "show this folder as an
E-mail address book". If that is checked, then that Contacts Folder will be
available when you click the "To" button
However, Outlook will show any Contacts folder marked as such, regardless of
where it is in the folder tree or in the profile.
Try CTRL-6 to view your Outlook Folders in Tree/Folder View and see if there
is by chance another Outlook Contacts folder(s) hidden someplace
If that does not help, then perhaps there is a problem with the Outlook
profile or the PST File
Take a look at the following article for more information:
287563 Contact information does not appear in the address book in Outlook
2002 and Outlook 2003

Hope this helps!
