Please, Please make BCM more compatible with Small Business Server 2003.
both aps are made for small companies and therefore should interact seamesly.

I agree 100% - I work with several VERY small companies that can barely
afford SBS - but unfortunately BCM is useless as they cannot sync their
phones wirelessly with the BCM data and they cannot access the data via OWA.

The only "features" MS cares about though are those related to making every
MS product act like a MAC. Their target market is people who have never used
computers before. Apparently MS decided that the new work force would be
people between the ages of 0-4 years of age and 65-120 years of age.
