BCM fails to work in Outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

After clean install of Office 2003 I tried to install BCM. Hoever, after
opening Outlook and automatic completion of database BCM returned an error
message which could be sent or not to MS and Outlook closed. I tried
reinstalling BCM but still the same. Outlook will only run after BCM was
uninstalled. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

I solved the problem: I had .net 2.0 installed. After removal BCM was running
fine.

's Computer Specifications

I had this problem also, tech support confirmed to me that there is an issue
with .net 2.0. The fix is to remove .net 2.0. I hope they come up with a
patch or update, especially if .net 2.0 is going to have features that are
necessary or desirable in the future.
