Hi -- maybe someone here can help.

I recently had to install a new hard drive, and I used WD's tools to migrate
to the new drive as a boot drive, and all seems good (all Office 2007
components work fine, all other software works fine, and a lot faster
EXCEPT for Outlook and BCM. I had originally installed BCM but have never
used it (yet), but now Outlook stalls on launch and three separate error
windows come up telling me it couldn't open the database, and offer to create
one, which it is unable to do. I cancel out and Outlook will work OK, but
this happens every time.

I tried to "Repair" from the CD-ROM #2 and it failed (!), and I could not
uninstall from the CD either -- it also failed. To remove BCM and Accounting
(both of which I'd like to try later) how do I proceed?

Many thanks & happy trails,
Stuart

Hi, me again:

I don't know why it happened after installing the new hard drive, but I
think I've fixed it. I had to go into Services and change the login for the
SQL 2005 Server to "Local" from "Network", and voila! It all works, after a
period of shaking itself out.

Happy trails,
Stuart
