I tried to install BCM on a stand alone PC. I already am using Office 2003
and have the BCM from the Action pack files. I was installing the first BCM
CD when I got the error – so I didn’t get to the update CD at all.

The error message was:
Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and
setup error logs for more info.
It then rolled back the action.

I am not connected to a server so this surprised me.

Hi Mary

Can you tell me the version of BCM that you are running ?If your running BCM
v1 can you try updating to BCM V2 from the following sites:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en.
