BCM error messsage

I am getting the following error when I first start Outlook 2003: “The
operation failed. An object could not be found.” The title of the box is:
Business Contact Manager, I am also not getting the menu Business Tools.
When I try to open a BCM Account contact, it says it could not initialize the
form. I have tried reinstalling the BCM update and checked the Help > About
Outlook > Disabled Items to see if BCM was there, neither have worked.
