Hi All,

I just reinstalled my laptop with a fresh copy on WinXP SP2 and Office 2007
with BCM.

When I go into any element of BCM and then return to a standard Outlook
view, I get the following error message:

Error:
Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again.

This error dialog appears each and every time I change views so it gets
anoying real quick.

Can anyone suggest a way to resolve this issue?

I had the very same problem the first time I installed Oautlook and BCM and
the tech support people told be to delete the BCM registry entry. However,
this time around, deleting the registry is not fixing the problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jim

Outlook view may be related to the BCM toolbars that show with the
Outlook views. You could try closing their toolbars, and see if that
makes a difference.

Thanks,

I think your on to something here. The 'Business Contact Manager' menu item
is displayed on startup but when I change my view to a BCM view such as my
business contact, the menu item disapears.

I am unable to get rid of the BCM toolbar thouhg. Even when I delete the
toolbar it just reappears again.

I also when under "Add Remove Programs" and did a reinstall of BCM and this
did not fix it?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Jim
