The long send on behalf of is a client side security setting to help with
phishing attacks. That can not be changed by the emailing service, and
usually is a client side setting.
For your issue about not getting replies, make sure you account settings for
Email Marketing Service has the correct email address in the reply setting.
This is the address which replies will be sent.
