Hi,
I have Office 2003 and today I installed BCM. But when I open Outlook,
I don't see BCM.
I went to the BCM installation folder and ran "EnableBCM.exe" but it
tells me BCM is
already enabled. I tried "Detec and repair" option, no change.
Reinstalled BCM, still no change.
Can someone please tell me what is happening?

TIA.

Thanks Raul,
I checked and:
- there was no Business Tools or folder list for BCM
- Nothing listed on disabled items
- I checked data file management and added BCM. The BCM folder appeared
but when I clicked on it it said it was unable to expand the folder.
- I restarted Outlook and it poped an error message saying that the
databse was removed from the profile because the version of BCM does
not support Exchange server, whgich is what I am using.
Is there a setting I should select when installing BCM?

Hi

If that have a hosted exchange account in Outlook then downloading and
installing BCM V2 should take care of the issue(make sure cached excahnge
mode is checked). This is the link to download the same

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...2&DisplayLang=

However do note it you have exchange server installed on the computer then
it will not work
