BCM didn't install w small business outlook 2007

's Computer Specifications

downloaded 2007 small business, but BCM is nowhere to be found. Microsoft
is unresponsive and I refuse to spend $99 to get help with a program that
just cost me $300+! Programs list shows Office 2007 SB was installed but
no BCM. What to do now??
