My business partner has created a BCM database in her outlook which she has
shared with me. I can view the contacts and add new ones but I appear to be
missing the buttons to view history and convert to an account. How can we
correct this?

Hi, is this BCM 2003, 2007, or 2010 Beta?
Thanks
