BCM Contact Question

When in BCM contact under the Detail field there are fieldes that came with
the program (EX:Profession, Manger's NAme etc) is there a way to cahnge that
field name to a name more fitted for your company?

After you open any form (Business Contact, Account, etc) you will see
any
option to customize the form in the ribbon at the top. There, you can
add
your own fields that would better fit your company (provider name,
health
care phone number, etc). Then you can remove the fields you don't
need, and
add those newly created fields onto the form. The next time you open
it, it
will have the fields that you need.
