Each time I go into Business Contacts the columns change back to a default
setting. I have tried changing the columns to my preferred view but each time
I come out of Business Contacts it reverts to the old view.
Am I just being a numpty? Or is this the way the software works??

Wildely:

Do a search in this newsgroup for "Define View" and you'll see the
instructions. The Customize Current View is only for that session. The
View, Current View, Define Views will save it for most of eternity...

HTH,
Lon

I note that even when doing it this way, the new settings are not preserved.
It's as if you can make a view but you can't change it.
