BCM and Tasks

I have switched from Act to Outlook BCM. From the task window i should able
to identifiy the contact that task is attached too. Does anybody have any
ideas about this?

I came here to ask the same question. Does anyone know how to make the link automatic when a task is created for a contact

It appears that it has to be done manually after the task is created by clicking on "Contact" (lower left of task screen) and then scrolling down to the folder that has business contacts
