I have three remote users connecting to the server via the VPN and we are
having issues with the accumilation of updates on the remote laptops plus the
time the sync process takes.

The build up of updates from the remote Laptops seems never to clear from
their memory so each ime they add or change contacts details these are added
to the list of updates at the next sync.

Theret hens seems to be a back ground synchronization being run for when the
active window for the sync is complete if you return to working offline the
system shows that the sync is being cancelled. What sync is this?

I have a similar problem and percieve that I will have this issue too. I have
one remote user via VPN and her BCM can't be switched to work back Online and
sync with the db on th server. The remote user can send and recieve emails. I
get a timed out response pinging the remote user. Which I find Strange.
