Exchange Server 2003. Outlook 2003. Does Microsoft have any plans to
integrate the BCM with Exchange Server, wherein Exchange Server manages the
BCM contacts folders as it does the other Outlook folders and wherein the BCM
folders will be sharable with anyone else connected to our Exchange server
whether in our LAN or outside our LAN (RPC over HTTP)? Thanks for the help.

Microsoft CRM does exactly what your asking. They also have a small business
version that sits on SBS.
