If you don't mind spending a bit of money, you could try

syncing to
your blackberry. I don't know if it works well, as I have never tried
it
myself, but it looks very promising.
Your best bet is to enter all new contacts as BCM contacts, as its
very easy
to sync them to normal outlook contacts. I'm not sure about your old
information, as I am not sure where and how you are transfering them.
