Hi.
I have problem with sending mass mails from BCM 2010. In our BCM 2010 we have a lot of business contacts and on some we want to send mass mail from Marketing campaign. I made filter from my BCM contacts and start new Word or Publisher document. When those document are open in Recipient list (edit Recipient list) nothing appears (there is no list)???? Beside that I cannot add any Merge field to personalized that letter. Please help  .
