i know that it cant be done - bloody silly ms for not thinking of it, so how
do i sort my 1000's of contacts into the four main groups , i dont want to do
it in my personal folders , it must be done in bcm,can anyone help at all
here please????????

Hi Greg,
Have you tried to group them by categories, then change your view to
Group by Category? Would that help?
Another way is to create a "search folder" for each of your main
groups (this may look more like the "sub-folders" that you are looking
for), but you'll be specifying the search criteria for each of the
folders so the contacts appear correctly in each.
