Hello everyone,

1. I am currently using bcm2007 and rely heavily on the Accounts screen to monitor my account. Of course, when I have an activity with a customer, I click on the particular account and record the actual event. But I would like to see from the Accounts screen the date of the last activity I had with an account.

Currently, I have to go to every account and click on history to see the latest activity, but I was wondering if there is an easy way to pull that data into the main accounts screen.That will help me organize my work better. I would focus on accounts that I did not do any work with in the last 2 weeks.


2/ Also, is there a way to update an account from the accounts screen? I remember at some point being able to edit some of the fields in the particular view without having to navigate to the actual account screen.
