BCM 2007 - reports

I would like my report to be sorted by last name.

No matter how I sort my current view or that view's order, my report is
generated in first name, last name order.

Yes I can add a last name column, take it to excel, sort on last name there,
but this is not the report format.

Any solutions? Any suggestions?

ALSO I want to review email addresses and the report doesn't offer a column
for email 2 andd email 3. How can I see them?

Any Reply will be Highly Appreciated.
