BCM 2007 problem - help please

When trying to access Business Contacts I get an error msg and Outlook has to
close.

The Error Signature has a fDebug: 0 Offset: 00c5a5c5

Does anyone know what this is? It closes outlook everytime and doesn't
allow access to Business Contacts.

Any suggestions?
