BCM 2007 not installed on 2nd User Account

Using Small Business Professional 2007
OL is installed on 2 user accounts but BCM only appears in one users OL.
The UA with the BCM instance is used to access the network in my office.
When working outside the office the UA without BCM is used. I use the .pst
file for working out of the office for both users.

I tried to install BCM from the installation disk when logged in as the "out
of office" user. However, the only valid selection on the installation menu
was to install the accounting module.

I want to access the same BCM data from either user. Is there a way to do
that?
