I think what will work is to customize the view, if I understand your
question correctly. Go to the Business Contacts view, then click on View,
Current View, Define Views and you'll see a list of all the views available.
I recommend copying one and then modifying that one. You'll see where you
can change columns and even filter which data appears in that view. This is
a very powerful feature in BCM and Outlook...
