Was informed that this is a way to "force use" of my installed of the 4 GB
of DDR2 SDRAM I have installed .

Using WinXP 32 bit Media Center Edition version 2002 with SP2 and all
updates, yet,
"MY COMPUTER" Properties informs me that Intel(R) Pentium D CPU 3.GHz and
2.00 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension.

Please note the BIOS does in fact "see" the 4 GB of ram.

If this is true, then just how do I increase the application address
limitation to 3GB by running "BCDEdit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072" from the
command line?

Many thanks to any and all replies for your time and effort in assisting me.
