I had to reload Office 2007 and now the BCC does not show up unless I ask for
it every time I write an email. It did not work that way before and I cannot
find the info in "help" nor remember how I set it up 3 yrs ago.

You can set it permanently by doing this:

1) Open a new message
2) Click on Options tab;
3) In fields group click "Show Bcc
4) Send a message to yourself to your hotmail account;
5) Close outlook

Now whenever you open outlook and when you click on new message, you should
get bcc ready to be filled in with email address.
