When you open a new mail window, the To and Cc lines are there. Is there
anyway to change this default so the Bcc will appear as well? I am running
Outlook 2003 SP3.

Thanks,

Brett

If you turn it on and close the window it should stay on for the next
message. Look on the view menu for the option to show bcc.

If using the Outlook editor, in a compose window, click View>Bcc Field. If
using Word, click Options and check Bcc.
