Hello all, desperately needing some help by anyone.... at all! When I play a
media file, whether it be mp3 or even a mpeg, by computer crashes, restarts
itself and brings up an error message saying "the system has recovered from a
serious error" and the error is "BCCode : fe BCP1 00000002 ..............
(etc)". Does anyone know how to resolve this problem, any help greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance

Copy the error code exactly as it appears onscreen,
then enter it in the search at top of screen:

These are nearest to your error code I could find and
that is a result of only: BCP1 00000002

Right ok it has just restarted now and this error message has come up "BCCode
: fe BCP1 : 00000002 BCP2 : 857FCBE0 BCP3 : 86BC89C0
BCP4 : 86B2C4D0 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1 "
