I tried to make a broadcast "contact" for my club. I have around 100 email
addresses but they are not loaded into my Contact list. I simply have the
entire list on a word document and I copy and paste it into the BCC in
Outlook,

Is there ANY way I could get this list stored as a "group" in my contact
list without adding all 100 to my contact list and then going in and
selecting all 100 one at a time? I want to Click "BCC" and be able to select
"club" and that will add the 100 emails in to BCC

No I don't think so, BUT... you could create an email with all the addys
in the BCC field, and any other text you want (Subj. Body etc), and save
it as a Form (Publish it). You?ll need to turn on the Developer menu to
get the Publish option.

Then, when you want to send out to that group, File, New, Choose Form -
yer pretty much done.

Above applies to Office 2007 (you never said what version you run).

Yes, if its in a simple list, one address per line. See
http://www.slipstick.com/tutorials/create/dl.asp - you need the second set
of steps.

What version of Outlook? If less than Outlook 2007 SP2, you need to limit
the DLs to about 100 names each.
