And what happens if you BCC a gmail account? Do they get the attachment?
If I had to guess, it's the recipients A/V software having an issue with an
attachment coming in but without the user actually on the To or CC line. If
their ISP provides a web based mail reader, have them check there to see if
they can see the attachment and, if they can, they need to look at what they
have on their machine in Outlook that is causing the problem. I really
doubt it's anything you're doing, unless there's a Gmail setting I'm not
aware of.
