BCC and Attachment Issues with Message Rules

Outlook 2003
==========
When I receive an email from an external news service I want to forward the
email to a group of people in my Contacts folder (internal and external email
addresses). Message Rules seem to be the way to go but I have run into a
couple of issues that have stumped me:

1. The email I receive from this new service contains attachments and
message text. I want the forwarded email to only include the attachments
(not the message text). Is this possible?

2. I want the email addresses of the people that I forward this to be in the
BCC field and not the TO field. Is this possible?

3. Will those people who are not in my network (external email addresses)
receive the forwarded message or does a rule not work for those type of
addresses?

Thanks for considering this.

1. Not possible using a rule. You'd need to forward it yourself and delete
the text.
2. See answer above.... you'll need to enter the addresses in the BCC field.
3. It depends on how the admin has your exchange server configured. They can
block forwarding to external addresses at the server.
