The service d4k7b3a4 attempts to start, from what I can find its a Punkbuster
server to allow you to play games, but Windows defender doesn't like it much
and you get this message in event viewer:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: WinDefend
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3004
Date: 17/05/2006
Time: 21:35:30

Description:

potentially unwanted software.

If you leave Real time protection it will kick you out of the game once it
has blocked it 5 times.

Is there any way to added this service to the trusted services as I can't
find a way to stop Defenders actions except turning off real time protection.

I am having the exact same problem. This needs to be fixed. A simple
definition update is all it takes. Maybe we should contact EA support?

Provide links to this thread on the BF2 forums. No way to tell Defender to
ignore this?
