The battery is new but is not charging

      8th Sep 2007
i just bought my computer,before 1 week, after i changed the advanced power
options the battery is not charging, even after i brought them back to the
defaults, still the battery is not charging, plugged in not charging. What i
have to do?

you have to take it back to where you bought it and ask for warranty
service.............batteries have been known to fail.

What would you do if a brand new television, automobile, washing
machine, microwave oven, or toaster didn't work as properly? You'd
contact the computer's vendor and/or manufacturer for warranty support,
of course.
