How to batch send out drafts?

I have about 100 draft emails in outlook drafts folder which are generated
from other programs. However, although each of them has been given the
recipients' email addresses, they will not be sent out after I drag all of
them into the Outbox folder and press 'Receive&Send'! Is there any way I can
send them out just by one click rather than open each individual one and
press 'Send' button??

Thanks a lot.

You haven't mentioned which version of Outlook you're running.

My reply is based on Outlook 2002 SP3.

Your Send/Receive Settings may be configured to Receive only. If so, you can
click on Tools > Send/Receive > Send All.

Thanks David,

I am using Outlook2003 SP3 and I tried the option "Send All" and
"Send/Receive All" but my drafts still stay in the outbox. (What I did is
select all 100 drafts from the 'Drafts' box and drag them into the Outbox)

Does your version come with the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) ? If so, that's
worth a try.

Also, how about "Detect and Repair", if it's available it may be accessed from
the Help menu.

There are some other tricks to try listed here:

I tried Inbox Repair Tool but the drafts still can not be sent from the
Outbox. However, I learnt a lot other tricks from the website you gave me
although it doesn't help me on my problem. Really appreciate for your help.

If you're not having any mail hang-up in the Outbox normally, then I would
suspect that something is not correct in your draft documents...maybe an
incomplete or improperly formatted e-mail addresses.

Other than that, I'm out of guesses.

Good luck!
