The scenario:

Each day we are sent two Access 2000 files at a scheduled time via FTP.
Each day I'll need to open these files, convert them to 97 and save
them either in the same location with a different name or another
location with the same name. Is there a way I can do this via command
line so that I can create a batch file and schedule it to run daily?
