Basic video Card w/ TV-Out?

hello,

i'm looking for a basic video card with a TV-out. I want to hook up an old
piece-of-sh*t computer to a TV, so i can watch divx movies from there.

i just a want a cheap, yet robust video card. What do you suggest?
