Hi Group

this is a basic task I expect, but I am struggling to get through loads
of help and support papers.

We use Outlook 2003.
I have set up a calendar for room bookings for our service.

I want everyone to be able to read it, but only me and 2 other people to
be able to make entries to it. What is this called please and how do I
do it?
Thank you ,
Ian
