First, go to this site and read the info:
http://www.sysopt.com/articles/recoverbios/index.html
Then go to
http://www.bootdisk.com/ that is referenced in the article and
grab a bootdisk image that will create an old DOS boot disk. Follow all
instructions and when you get to being able to lash your BIOS, make sure you
let it complete before you touch anything (like the reset button).
