How does the "Base location" function work on FP 2002 work? I want to
publish my page and have the URLs of my pictures to refer to their location
on the web rather then their location within the local web's folders. Can
some one elaborate on this funtion please? It's found under File/Properties/
under the General tab. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Base Location set the location of all of your pages. If you want the refer to your images, then you
need make that the images have been uploaded to the live/remote server, then create Absolute URLs to
each, like:

http://www.yourdomainname.com/images/imagefile.jpg

When FP prompts you to save embedded image, save no and retain the path.
