£229.99 for a graphics card!
OK i'm not a gamer, but is that good, bad or very expensive?
I looked at a new GC for £75 & thought that was top end for me!!

Is about £50 cheaper than anywhere else.

Must be because the GTX265 & GTX295 are imminent.

Yeah they always bring prices down bout 3months or so before new release to try and get shut of older stock

Even that price is ok i cant cant afford it so im gonna go cry and stick to my 9500GT :'(

That is an awesome price for a 280, i am getting the 260 though hopefully soon, and a new SLI motherboard.

The GTX265 & GTX295 are due in the next three days IIRC.

260 = Cheapest is £212
280 = Cheapest is £229

Its a no brainer tbqfh.

Fair one, although if Belloni is gonna get an SLI mobo then personally i would get a 9800GTX+ then SLI it as they scale better than a GTX 280, GTX 260 or 280 in SLI is not worth the money.

meh, SLI is too much f-ing about, not all games like SLI, i'd rather have a good single card personally.

That’s a great price for the GTX 280. I am quite tempted by that. I have a BFG 8800GT atm how much do you reckon I would get for it on Ebay? Cost £170 12months ago.
