Bare Metal Software have recently release BareGrep 2.00a, which is
available for FREE download at:

BareGrep is a tool for searching text files. Like the Unix grep tool,
the search strings are specified with a regular expression for
powerful searching. BareGrep can search subfolders recursively for
files. BareGrep performs an incremental search and presents the search
results in a tabular format that allows easy navigation and sorting of
the results. BareGrep supports DOS/Windows and Unix text files.
