You are correct, people have a tendency to "reinstall" when trying to fix a
"problem" when the problem is just an html or improper setting error.
Like any application of it's type, FrontPage has quite a steep "learning
curve." If you've gotten that far along you're doing great, and are ahead
of "many people."
