When I schedul an all day event that spans multiple days, the banner is only
showing up on the first day. Any idea how to fix this?? (Also, it shows a
start time, which it shouldn't be doing -- only if its multiple days though.
If its one day, but recurring for several days, it doesn't show the start
time.)

Version of Outlook? Do you have the latest updates installed?
What is the start and end date? Is it configured to recur?

As far as I know, yes.
Start and end date vary (its happening with more than just one banner), but
one, for ex, is 4/20 start and 4/27 end. No recurrence.
Thanks!

This is post SP1, so yes, you have enough of the latest updates to avoid a
bug that affected appointments spanning 2 different calendar weeks.

It should cover the period with one big banner across the dates, even if it
doesn't start and end at midnight. Events 24 hrs or less that recur will
have a banner on each day.

Have you tried resetting the view? View, current view, customize, reset
button.
