Banner not displaying on my website?

On my website I have a banner added at the top which is
not displaying for me on either I.E or netscape. Both are
up to date. Ive restarted my computer and numerous things
to try to get it to display for me. It works fine on
other ppl's pc's. I would appreciate some help on this
issue.
