I am using a theme and it looks ok on the preview. But
after downloading it sometimes looks ok, sometimes not
displaying the banner, sometimes using an old theme for
navigation bars. I have tried a lot of different things,
but i can not find a pattern. Its like a joker is on !

maybe delete the temporary internet files. or you could be getting cached
pages from your isp. if you're using different computers you may have a
combination of these problems.
